My goodness, what a lovely experience. We arrived in the early evening without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. Only one other table was taken, but during the course of our dinner, the restaurant filled to capacity. Muted lighting and soft jazz provided a very soothing and pleasant ambiance. We ordered the house appetizer to share and two main courses, Yebeg Tibs and Shifenfen, which was a mountain of food for only the two of us. Everything was homemade, flavorful and of quality ingredients. Prices were more than reasonable. We were very satisfied. The owner, his wife and staff treated us like VIP's; most welcoming. The next time I'm in the area, I will be sure to visit again.

Some of the most delicious food I have tried in Frankfurt, this is a fantastic place. The ambiance is cosy, warm, and inviting and the service is excellent. Most of all, the food is flavourful and very tasty. I highly recommend!

I recently dined at an Ethiopian restaurant and it was an exceptional experience. The food was not only delicious but also showcased the rich flavors of South Africa. The sharing tables allowed us to explore a variety of dishes, each one a delightful surprise. The service was warm and attentive, making the entire meal even more enjoyable. The food came at a very fast paste. To be fair, we were the last to order since the kitchen was about to close. As a reminder, yes the restaurant closes at 12, yet the kitchen closes earlier. We were still able to get food shortly before 10, but they did tell us they want to close the kitchen since no more people were there besides us. Very reasonable. We ordered for 3 people all on one plate and it was plenty with enough injera. The value of your money is definitely met here. The flavors were amazing and the kitchen did a great job. This is definitely a spot to revisit, even with the many other Ethiopian and Eritrean restaurants in Frankfurt.

Worth a 5-star rating! Absolutely loved everything about this place, the service, the food, the ambience, and most of all the Ethiopian beer! All in all it was a great experience. Would love to visit again the next time I'm back in Frankfurt

Amazing Ethiopian restaurant with delicious food, interesting plating and polite and friendly staff. The prices aren't that high considering the location. The overall experience was great for me. I wouldn't hesitate to visit this place again.
